Seek the wisdom that will untie your knot
Seek the path that demands your whole being
Leave that which is not but appears to be
Seek that which is, but is not apparent
Rumi
In the West it is difficult to find the Root of our spiritual Teachings, or the Teachers who can proficiently transmit the essence of the teachings to seekers of Truth. Teachers with the integration achieved by St Francis of Assissi for example, are difficult to find, so increasingly those in the West turn towards the East.
Some of the Eastern cultures have safeguarded and nurtured their ancient Teachings and systems for enhancing the health and balance of the mind, body and spirit or soul, and continue to produce a few remarkable Teachers who can transmit the essence of these Teachings to disciples and students.
These Teachers are unlimited by external form - they embrace all, and offer Universal Truth, not Religious Dogma. We are fortunate to have been taught, guided and encouraged by such Teachers, and now offer what we have learned to others.
Ultimately what we seek is 'union' - the definition of which depends on our current level of understanding.
However to uncover this state of union and to integrate it, we must remove the clutter in our minds which obscures clarity. As our minds become calmer we become reconnected to our essential state of being, only then can we see who we really are, and really understand our place in this world.
Through the weekend retreats and intensive workshops we introduce people to an experience of something deeper, a sense of internal awareness, and a connection to other people and the five elemental energies from which we are formed.
Through attending regular classes there is the opportunity for these systems to really take root, and start to facilitate real and progressive internal change.
Access to our teachers and their knowledge and wisdom is always there for those who seek it.
