A mixed level class with gentle focus on outer body movements, aiming to quieten the body, mind and emotions and to find some sense of internal awareness. Practicing five loosening exercises, short form, and fixed pattern push hands ~ with Mark
Wednesday 6 - 7pm - Five Element Training All Levels
Focusing on following the breath and generating relaxed and precise external movements. Primarily focused on developing internal awareness of the five internal senses, and the five muscular states within the body. Working through a gentle series of movements designed to decrease tension in the body and promote good alignment, and improve energy flow for better health - beginners welcome ~ with Sarah
Thursday 7 - 9pm Taiji Chuan Beginners & Improvers
The first hour of this class is suitable for beginners to join at any time. Focusing on alignment and relaxed movements to develop internal awareness and elastic pressure. Practicing Master Huangs Five Loosening Exercises.
From 8.00pm onwards we practice Chen Man Chings 37 Move Short Form and Fixed Pattern Pushing Hands ~ with Sarah
Friday 10am - 11am Beginners Class
Suitable for EVERYONE - this class practices the basics, and builds a firm foundation ~ with Mark
