This retreat is set in the peace and tranquility of Rookhow, with twelve acres of private woodland, at the edge of the Grizedale Forest.

During the four days we will deepen our state of awareness, bringing clarity and light to our habitual patterns of dealing with others, and the inevitable emotions that result. We will turn inwards, discovering new ways to nurture organic fruit within...

Including daily practices of Yoga, Taiji, Qigong and meditation.

On Saturday night we will use Sweatlodge as a preparation for spending the rest of the night in the woodland.
