We create nothing, express nothing, we only uncover what is already there
The process of stilling the mind in order to begin to learn to meditate is one of the fundamental endeavours of taking a deeper, or spiritual path through life.
Alongside this process of stilling the mind and becoming aware of ourselves, it is essential that we develop a greater awareness of our emotions, and how the expression of these can cause suffering to ourselves and those around us. Through developing tolerance, patience, being non judgemental of others and their actions, we begin to see ourselves and others differently. The development of a non-judgemental attitude, and unconditional compassion is the path of the Spiritual Warrior.
Each action, each thought is an opportunity to self liberate, and to begin to uncover the purity of our innate nature. As our emotions quieten, so the mind can become truly still.
'Prayer clears the mist, and brings peace back to the soul. Every morning every evening let the heart sing
"La iliaha il Allah!"
"There is no reality but God!"
