We work with your body, and remind your body what it feels like to be healthy, and free from contraction and stress, and we counsel you to ensure you have the tools to help keep it that way.

This powerful, but gentle technique shares many common roots with Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Cranio Sacral therapy and even Reiki. Through light hand pressure the subtle energies within the body are accessed and blockages released, both physical and emotional.

There is no need for the patient to undress, and generally most common conditions can be treated very quickly.

It is highly effective in the treatment of back and neck complaints, and general stress, no matter how long standing the conditions may be, and has also been used with marked success in the treatment of many other physical and emotional conditions.

Initial consultations last an hour and a half, and follow up appointments half an hour.
